pktk9 Terms & Conditions — Read Before Using Our Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and pktk9 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pktk9 website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered through pktk9. To open and maintain a pktk9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. pktk9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a government-issued National ID card (NID) or passport — to verify any of the following at any time.

If pktk9 discovers that an account is held by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings from underage play forfeited in full.

   One account per person: You may hold only one active pktk9 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances held pending review.

   Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You must notify pktk9 promptly if any registered details change. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number belonging to another person — will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

   Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pktk9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activities conducted from your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact pktk9 support immediately.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pktk9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion. The following general rules apply to all pktk9 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

   Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover requirement) before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Reload bonuses and other recurring promotions are available only to accounts in good standing that have satisfied all prior bonus wagering requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the pktk9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, imagery, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pktk9 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence over any content beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or in any way exploit any pktk9 content without prior written consent from pktk9. Unauthorised use of pktk9 content may result in account termination and may expose the user to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

pktk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account at any time by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-outs: You may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or place any wagers. Time-out requests cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from pktk9 at any time. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable and result in permanent account closure. Any verified balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after outstanding wagering obligations are resolved.
• Voluntary account closure: You may close your pktk9 account at any time for any reason by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and resolution of any active bonus wagering requirements.
